Ceramic Foam Filter for Alucam casting is mainly used in the production of high value-added, high-tech performance aluminum materials that require melt purification, to replace the high-cost ceramic tube filter equipment and ordinary plate type in the industry.
Adtech is constantly exploring molten aluminum filtering equipment, so customers can use the highest technology to produce the highest quality aluminum ingots, aluminum plates, etc. Our technology guarantees the adaptability of the casting quality to the most important final product applications.
The CFF filtration equipment product adopts the alumina foam ceramic filter and related technical guidance to effectively filter the trace impurities in the aluminum products produced to meet customer needs.
Ceramic Foam Filter for Alucam casting captures aluminum slag from molten aluminum. This ability is important to maintain a clean aluminum ingot during the solidification of the metal. Therefore, the quality and productivity of downstream processes such as forging, extrusion, and rolling can be guaranteed.
Alucam is an industrial aluminum smelter located in Edea, a small town at the crossroads between the coast, central and southern Cameroon. Alucam’s nominal production capacity is 100,000 tons per year. The company has about 600 regular employees and also relies on a lot of indirect work. With these human capital, Alucam is exploring innovative solutions and technologies to occupy a leading position in the highly competitive global aluminum industry. Since its establishment, Alucam has produced high-performance aluminum alloys and ultra-high purity metals.
Cameroon Aluminum Company Alucam and Cameroon Aluminum Products Company Socatral will no longer be two separate organizations. The two companies decided to merge. At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2020, the shareholders of the two companies unreservedly approved the only item on the agenda, namely: the merger of Alucam and Socatral.
This is an absorption merger. Alucam absorbed Socatral. Since then, Alucam has formed a single entity. The merger should give the two companies a breath of fresh air, especially for Alucam, which has been facing certain economic difficulties in recent years.
