Ceramic Foam Filter French Aluminum is a molten metal filter developed to reduce casting defects. Foam ceramics have the characteristics of light weight, high mechanical strength, large specific surface area, high porosity, excellent thermal shock resistance, chemical resistance, and high temperature stability in molten metal. The foam ceramic filter has a distributed mesh structure, which can increase the surface area, absorb sintered ore, make the liquid metal more pure, and greatly reduce the quality of waste such as sand holes and pores.
Alumina ceramic foam filter can effectively remove and adsorb impurities of different sizes in the aluminum liquid, and improve the surface quality, product performance and microstructure effectiveness.
Ceramic Foam Filter French Aluminum is mainly used for aluminum and alloy casting. Aluminum mainly exists in the form of bauxite in the earth’s crust.
