The distributing trough can limit the arbitrary rolling of the molten aluminum, and ensure that the aluminum level is filled into the mold slowly and evenly, thereby ensuring the quality of the product.
In the casting process of aluminum alloy, the molten aluminum in the melting furnace needs to be injected into the mold through the Alumina Ceramic Tube. However, in this process, the molten aluminum injected into the crystallizer will roll over randomly, causing oxidation and slag inclusion, and will cause uneven distribution of the molten aluminum in the crystallizer, which will seriously affect the quality of the product. Therefore, in the process of injecting molten aluminum into the mold, how to restrict the molten aluminum from tumbling randomly and ensure that the aluminum level is slowly and evenly filled into the mold, thereby improving the quality of the product, is a key issue to be solved urgently.
AdTech provides Distributing Trough for aluminum casting crystallizer. When injecting aluminum water, the distributing launder is placed in the crystallizer so that the outlet of the lower injection pipe faces the center of the round tray. In this way, after the molten aluminum flowing out of the lower bet pipe enters the annular plate, it will be restricted by a number of spacers and cannot roll arbitrarily. It will be divided into several streams under the restriction of several spacers to flow to the edge of the crystallizer, and gradually fill the crystallizer.
The distributing trough includes a round tray, which is located above the round tray and forms an annular gap between the round tray. It is located in the ring plate and is used to connect the round tray and the ring plate. A number of spacers that divide the annular gap into a number of segments of arc gaps, and each segment of the arc gap is a drainage port. When injecting aluminum water into the crystallizer, place the crystallizer with a splitter plate in the crystallizer so that the outlet of the lower injection pipe is directly at the center of the round tray. In this way, after the molten aluminum flowing out of the lower betting pipe enters the annular plate, it will be restricted by a number of spacers and cannot roll arbitrarily. It will be divided into several streams under the restriction of several spacers to flow to the edge of the crystallizer, and gradually fill the crystallizer.
