The filter box lining has the characteristics of high strength, good insulation performance, resistance to aluminum melt erosion, non-stick aluminum, and usually no chemical reaction with aluminum. Under the regulations, the normal service life is more than 18 months (except for high-magnesium alloys). The high-quality imported insulation board is filled between the inner lining and the iron shell of the filter box, which has a good insulation effect and sufficient support strength.
We provide universal 12-inch, 15-inch, 17-inch, 20-inch, 23-inch single-chamber, and double-chamber filter boxes, and can also produce ceramic foam filter products with special size and shape requirements according to customer requirements. The filter box is suitable for different ceramic foam filter sizes.
The filter box material is made of molten silicon, which is characterized by low heat and cold shrinkage. Molten silicon has very good resistance to thermal shock, and at the same time, some materials that do not infiltrate the aluminum liquid are added to the lining material to ensure its service life. The lining material of the filter box uses “microporous heat insulation material”. The high-efficiency heat insulation material makes the lining of the filter box after continuous use, the surface temperature of the steel structure is low, and the deformation of the lining is small.
Controlling heat loss is very important in aluminum melting and casting. It can reduce the temperature of molten aluminum from the furnace, save energy, and easily control the quality of alloys that are very temperature-sensitive. The lining of the molten silicon filter box has been sintered and dehydrated at 800°C before leaving the factory, so there is no need to consider drying and dehydrating before use.
