For the technical transformation project of the 16-ton melting and casting production line of Northwest Aluminum Co., Ltd., our company designed an online degassing unit, plate filtration, deep bed filter, and online heating launder system for the northwest aluminum production line.
From design liaison, design review, production and production, inspection and acceptance, on-site installation and commissioning, and production, and commissioning, many problems were encountered throughout the process, including multiple adjustments to the layout, automatic smoke exhaust devices, special gas control cabinets, and deep bed foundation errors. our company and the customer worked together to overcome it, and it finally went into production smoothly. It has been running for about a month, and the equipment is running stably. The hydrogen content at the outlet of the degassing equipment has been reduced to 0.11ml/100g-AL, although it is temporary to meet the high degassing requirements of the customer. (0.1ml/100g-AL), but after continuous adjustments in the later stage, it will finally meet customer requirements.
