Ceramic fiber, also known as aluminum silicate fiber, is the longest-used ceramic fiber insulation sealing material. Ceramic fiber has the advantages of light-weight, high-temperature resistance, low thermal conductivity, small specific heat capacity, and mechanical vibration resistance. It is widely used in machinery, petrochemical industry, electronics and light industry. The main composition is silicon oxide and aluminum oxide. The higher the alumina content, the better the heat resistance. The aluminum silicate finer is generally able to withstand high temperatures of 1000-1300 ℃. Ceramic fiber products are an excellent refractory material. It has the advantages of lightweight, high-temperature resistance, small heat capacity, good high-temperature thermal insulation performance, and no toxicity. Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber has matured, and its product forms are already very rich.

Knitted by ceramic fiber, and has the advantages of strong hardness and wear-resistance, low thermal conductivity, non-infiltration molten aluminum. The refractory temperature is up to 1100-1150°C. Ceramic fiber rope is widely suitable for sealing furnace door, dam, nozzle, and molten aluminum pot.
Ceramic Fiber Paper
The ceramic paper has low thermal conductivity and non-infiltration. The refractory temperature is up to 1100-1150C, used for sealing junctions.
Ceramic Insulation Board
Ceramic insulation board adopts ceramic fiber, and the refractory temperature is up to 1100-1150C. It has advantages of low thermal conductivity, aluminum non-infiltration, and it is used for insulation under allowed conditions.
Ceramic Wool Insulation
As high temperature sealing material, the raw material of ceramic wool insulation is ceramic fiber. It not only has the same features of insulation board, but also has better flexibility, suppleness, wear-resistance. It works better for special shaped equipment.
